BABY ESSENTIALS PART 1  |  Giving Birth: What should be in your hospital bag? I've already given birth three times and all are via emergency CS. Zela and Zed are too excited to see the outside world that they both came out two weeks before due date. None of us expected this so my husband Bryce ended up rushing in packing our hospital stuff. Here are some ways that we can suggest to ensure panic packing does not happen to you. In order to make sure that you are prepared enough for your baby's grand arrival, we highly recommend that you start packing at least three weeks before your due date. These are the things that we have proven essential based on the three birthings we've had in the past 5 years... READ MORE

Six Ways to Get Comfort

Six Ways to Get Comfort - #EdenComfortFood Special We often hear people say "I hate stress". But no matter how hard we try, stress is inevitable. It can exist in so many situations that we deal with on a daily basis may it be at work, or even our personal lives. In some cases, stress can be a good indication that something good is going to happen. Think of how a rocket is launched. According to an article released by How Things Fly, a lot of thrust, which means force, needs to be produced in order to push a rocket into space. The bigger the rocket, the bigger the amount of thrust is needed. Same goes with our everyday life. The bigger the vision, the more push is needed to carry it out.  So instead of avoiding stress, let's find ways on how to handle it and get comfort once in a while. What else can you do with cheese spreads? #CheezWhizCheeseventions

What else can you do with cheese spreads? #CheezWhizCheeseventions By : Omni A. Larrosa, #TheClingyFam One great challenge of a mom is preparing a meal that will surely be enjoyed by her kids. Next, you try to be more creative in your plating  using ordinary plates or bowls at home because eyes eat first. And finally, you put the biggest smile on your face while calling each of your kids' names and afterwards, you shout "Merienda Time!". Then, after all these preparations, they end up not liking the food you prepared. Isn't that frustrating? Other...

#ShareWhatsGood : A day of discovering real goodness

#ShareWhatsGood , #DiscoverWhatsReal My husband Bryce and I have always been fans of all natural and organic. Maybe because our family is also into making organic family essentials like soaps, massage oils, travel oils and many others for our very own @theoandbshop. Everytime we go to our home in Pampanga, we get so immersed on how these products are created with love and ensured to not have even a single drop of unnatural, inorganic ingredients. Bryce's sister, Bryan, has also been very vocal on how we should choose healthy in our everyday life. From the food we eat, to those we put on our skin, and sometimes, even home utensils. I still remember how she hoarded these kitchenware set made from coconut husks. Yes. To that extent. :) Ate Bry has been a real influence in our family. We see it in how we choose our groceries. It's quite hard to find real organic and healthy stuff and sometimes, it could be pricey. So to compensate, we just try to veer away from unheal...
